Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Change Management & Enablement Manager to drive user adoption and enablement for our enterprise transition to RainFocus as the core event management platform.

You will partner with Marketing, Events, and Vendor teams to onboard users and build scalable enablement programs. You'll lead migration from Splash and Cvent, establish a training cadence, develop runbooks, and define KPIs to measure success.

Title: Program Manager III

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Change Management & Enablement Manager to drive user adoption and change enablement for our enterprise-wide transition to RainFocus as our core event management platform. In this role, you will partner across Marketing, Events, and Vendor teams to onboard users, build enablement programs, establish a sustainable support model, and lead the migration off legacy event platforms (Splash, Cvent).

Key Responsibilities

• Change Enablement & Adoption: Own the change enablement roadmap-including stakeholder mapping, adoption milestones, and a structured communications cadence across impacted marketing and event teams.

• Enablement & Training Delivery: Build and deliver comprehensive training sessions, host office hours, and develop quick-start guides and role-based documentation for event builders, admins, and requesters.

• Platform Migration Management: Lead cross-functional efforts to migrate teams from legacy event platforms (Splash, Cvent) to RainFocus, ensuring workflow mapping, template readiness, and configuration parity.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Partnering: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and the RainFocus vendor team; triage enablement workstreams and operational requests.

• Data-Driven Improvement & KPIs: Define, track, and analyze adoption and enablement metrics (e.g., active users, event volume, time-to-launch, support ticket trends) to target continuous improvements.

• Requirements & Roadmap Alignment: Gather, prioritize, and communicate platform feature requests, tradeoffs, roadblocks, and status updates concisely to cross-functional teams and leadership.

• Knowledge Management: Capture, build, and maintain a centralized knowledge base of processes, runbooks, and FAQs to sustain the platform long-term.

Performance Measurement & Success Metrics

• Adoption Rates: Active user growth and volume of events built and launched on RainFocus.

• Time-to-Launch: Efficiency improvements in setting up and deploying events.

• Enablement Reach: Completion rates of training programs and quality of documentation.

• Support Ticket Trends: Reduction in support request volume as user proficiency increases.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management, enablement, or event operations.

• Hands-on experience administering or enabling event management platforms, specifically RainFocus.

• Proven track record of defining and tracking operational metrics/KPIs to improve program performance.
