Responsibilities

• Lead transition to RainFocus platform, driving user adoption and migration planning.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, office hours, quick-start guides, and role-specific docs.
• Coordinate migration activities from Splash and Cvent to RainFocus, including templates and config alignment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events and RainFocus vendor to support rollout.
• Define and monitor adoption KPIs, including active users, event volume, timelines and tickets.
• Maintain runbooks and knowledge base for long-term platform operations.
