RainFocus is seeking an exceptional Solution Architect to lead the architecture of client event programs, aligning platform configuration with business objectives and ensuring scalable, innovative solutions. You will be the trusted advisor guiding multi-team design, overseeing complex integrations, and shaping the strategic direction of RainFocus implementations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software implementation experience for enterprise clients.
• Experience with SaaS event technology and industry-standard platforms.
• Ability to own overall solution architecture for complex implementations.
• Proven ability to advise executive stakeholders.
• Experience driving adoption, process design, and measurable impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative mindset across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall solution architecture for client implementations.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end solution design and drive platform adoption.
• Provide oversight across the client implementation portfolio.
• Lead discovery calls, post-conference reviews, and client communications.
• Mentor Solution Consultants and contribute to team development.
• Contribute to thought leadership and process improvements.
