Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation seeks a Program Manager III to lead the RainFocus rollout across marketing and events. This role will design enablement programs, deliver training sessions, and build a scalable support model for a smooth transition from Splash and Cvent.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams, track adoption KPIs, and communicate tradeoffs and progress to leadership. Remote or onsite work is available, with compensation aligned to US labor markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management, enablement, marketing or events operations, or program management.
• Experience leading tool adoption or platform migrations across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the change enablement plan for the RainFocus rollout: stakeholder mapping, adoption milestones, and a communications cadence across impacted marketing and events teams
• Build and deliver enablement: training sessions, office hours, quick-start guides, and role-based documentation for event builders, admins, and requesters
• Partner with cross-functional teams to lead the migration from prior event platforms (Splash, Cvent) to RainFocus, including workflow mapping and template and config parity
• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the RainFocus vendor team; triage enablement workstreams
• Identify and track adoption and enablement KPIs (active users, event volume, time to launch, support ticket trends), using data to target improvements
• Gather and prioritize feature requests and requirements; communicate tradeoffs, roadblocks, and status concisely to stakeholders and leadership
• Capture and maintain a knowledge base of processes, runbooks, and FAQs to sustain the platform after transition

Program Manager III Remote or Onsite

Summary: Drive adoption and change management for our transition to RainFocus as the events platform. Partner across marketing, events, and vendor teams to onboard users, build enablement, stand up a sustainable support model, and migrate off prior platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the change enablement plan for the RainFocus rollout: stakeholder mapping, adoption milestones, and a communications cadence across impacted marketing and events teams
• Build and deliver enablement: training sessions, office hours, quick-start guides, and role-based documentation for event builders, admins, and requesters

Required Skills

• Training and enabling Internal users on Rainfocus and/or Splash
• Hands‑on experience administering or enabling event management platforms
• Demonstrated experience leading tool adoption or platform migrations across cross‑functional teams
• Experience defining and tracking metrics and running programs to improve operational performance

Preferred Skills

• Experience Cvent
• Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and training delivery skills
• Enablement/Change Management experience
• Marketing, specifically with events experience

Education/Experience

• 5+ years of experience in change management, enablement, marketing or events operations, or program management
• BA/BS degree in Marketing or Communications, nice to have but not a requirement

Pay range is $66 - $71 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
