Certified Appraisers located inside the continental United States are encouraged to apply. Conduct an unbiased and impartial assessment of market areas, analyze data, and develop an estimate of property value in accordance with guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Active Appraiser license or certification as required by state's regulatory agency.
• Experience with mortgages/appraisals is preferred.
• HUD/FHA experience is a plus.
• REO appraisal experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts unbiased assessments of market areas and data to develop property value estimates.
• Documents on-site assessments with photos, measurements, and demographic information.
• Draws land diagrams and other visual documentation.
• Considers factors influencing value including land, neighborhoods, trends, and features.
• Generates fee quotes and presents evaluations to clients.
