Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Appraiser license or certification as required by state’s regulatory agency.
• HUD/FHA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts unbiased assessments and prepares property value estimates per guidelines.
• Documents on-site assessments with photographs, measurements, and data.
• Generates fee quotes and presents evaluations to homeowners, sellers, and agents.
• Collaborates with Lead Appraiser to improve processes and quality control.
