Logan Health is seeking a Certified Professional Coder for a remote, full‑time role. The coder will assign ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 codes to outpatient records, abstract data for reporting, and handle billing entries for assigned client databases.

Remote work is allowed from approved states. Ideal candidates have a nationally recognized coding certificate (CCA/ CCS/ CPC or AAPC) and at least one year of coding experience, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Formación

• Knowledge of ICD 10 CM and CPT 4 coding guidelines and practices is required.
• Nationally recognized coding certificate (CCA, CCS, CPC or AAPC) is required.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills; ability to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Assign ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 codes for outpatient and various setting records.
• Abstract essential data for tracking, reporting, and reimbursement.
• Billing and data entry for client databases; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
