Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Certified Health Coach to join our remote, full-time coaching team. You will conduct inbound/outbound coaching calls, provide education and motivation to help members adopt healthier lifestyles, and document progress according to established workflows.

Requirements include NBHWC-certified training and a health-related bachelor’s degree; board certification is a plus. Training lasts six weeks, with shifts between 10:30am–9:00pm CST and occasional Saturdays; compensation is

Qualifications

• Completed NBHWC-certified training program.
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required.
• Active NBHWC board certification is a plus.
• Experience delivering coaching sessions via chat is a plus.
• Experience with benchmarks and contact center metrics is preferred.
• Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Telephonic and chat coaching to educate and motivate members.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team.
• Track progress and outcomes for participants.
• Maintain documentation and adherence to schedule.
• Support shifting schedules and weekend coverage.
