Qualifications

  • Familiarity with benchmarks and contact center metrics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in telephonic coaching calls to inform and enroll eligible participants.
  • Provide individualized behavior change coaching and motivate healthier habits.
  • Make outbound contacts to schedule coaching sessions and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with nurses, pharmacists, and vendors to deliver services.
  • Support area to meet customer requirements and manage caseloads.
  • Maintain daily/monthly meetings to share findings and progress.
  • Track participants' progress and program efficacy.
