Qualifications

• 2+ years in service desk or IT support in a healthcare setting.
• Hands-on Cerner/Oracle Health EMR experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support for Cerner EMR and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and escalate as needed to IT teams.
• Assist with Cerner account creation, access, and password resets.
• Offer basic over-the-phone training on application usage.
• Document incidents and resolutions and maintain support guides.
