Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Central Sales Strategy Manager – Essentials to join our Central Sales Team. You will lead sales strategy across a portfolio of Essentials hotels, including Hyatt Place and Hyatt House, working with hotel sales teams to identify new opportunities and strengthen pipelines.

You will analyze market dynamics, revenue opportunities, and performance metrics, guiding outbound sales initiatives and coordinating with Commercial Services to drive portfolio-wide revenue

Qualifications

• Experience developing and executing sales strategies across multiple hotels or a portfolio.
• Ability to translate market intelligence into actionable sales plans and priorities.
• Proven track record in Group and/ or Business Transient (Negotiated) sales within hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy across a portfolio of Essentials hotels with focus on proactive prospecting.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop prioritized action plans.
• Monitor performance using KPIs and adjust strategies to drive revenue growth.
