Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Senior Manager to join the Global Commercial Strategy, Sales & Revenue Openings & Conversions team. You will translate each hotel's commercial strategy into pricing, inventory, forecasting, segmentation, and demand to drive performance from Day One of opening.

In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of Essentials openings and conversions, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure readiness, alignment, and execution across sales, revenue, and

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in hospitality.
Experience leading multi-property or portfolio performance, including openings/conversions.
Strong Revenue and Sales acumen linking marketing, distribution and operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Revenue Management, Hospitality, or related field.

Responsibilities

Own the combined Sales and Revenue strategy and outcomes for assigned openings/conversions.
Translate market positioning, demand, and pricing into an integrated hotel plan with priorities.
Collaborate with Marketing to ensure sales decisions align with brand and demand generation.
Lead hotel/owner sessions and ensure timely execution of milestones.
