Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a high-performing Recruiter for CDL drivers and industrial hourly roles on a 1-year contract. This remote US role focuses on full-cycle recruitment across multiple sites, building strong pipelines, screening for licensing/DOT compliance, and delivering fast, quality hires while tracking metrics.

You will collaborate with site managers, optimize sourcing strategies, and compete effectively to keep trucks rolling and facilities running.

Qualifications

• MUST: Proven experience recruiting CDL drivers in the US, or recruiting industrial hourly roles such as manufacturing, plant, warehouse, or skilled trades
• MUST: A competitive, results driven track record of hitting or exceeding hiring targets, with metrics you can speak to confidently
• Working knowledge of CDL licensing, DOT regulations, and pre employment screening requirements
• Strong sourcing skills across job boards, social media, and community networks
• Experience in transportation, logistics, waste management, energy, or another industrial environment is a plus
• RPO or agency experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruitment for CDL drivers and industrial hourly roles, such as equipment operators, maintenance technicians, and plant operations staff, across multiple sites
• Build and maintain strong pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, and local community outreach
• Screen candidates for licensing, safety, and compliance requirements, including CDL class and endorsements, DOT requirements, and driving records
• Partner with site and operations managers to understand staffing needs, set expectations, and move candidates quickly through the process
• Track and report on your recruiting metrics, including time to fill, pipeline conversion, and hires against target, and use them to keep improving
• Deliver a fast, responsive candidate experience that keeps great drivers and hourly talent from going to a competitor
