Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing admissions teams.
• Excellent people management skills with ability to inspire and motivate employees.
• Demonstrated leadership skills including ability to develop, motivate, and lead staff.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and work in an observation/coaching style environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead remote admissions efforts to deliver quality customer service to prospective students.
• Hire, train, and manage admissions staff.
• Design and deliver departmental training and development activities.
• Ensure compliance with company, state, accreditor, and US DOE regulations.
• Provide guidance to ensure high student satisfaction during the admissions process.
• Oversee accuracy and timeliness of paperwork and reports.
• Participate in performance evaluations and leadership meetings.
• Provide departmental updates to senior leadership.
• Develop short- and long-term admissions strategies in line with growth objectives.
