Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking a CDL Program Director to lead the CDL program, oversee curriculum development, and ensure high-quality instructional delivery. This role reports to the Area Manager/Regional Program Director and involves working with faculty, students, and staff in the Elgin/ Austin area.

The Director will hire and coach Driver Trainers, monitor student progress, participate in program budgeting, and drive continuous improvement of the program to support student success and program

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A with at least 2 years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CDL program and faculty.
• Oversee curriculum development and implementation.
• Provide student advising and career guidance.
• Recruit, orient, and mentor Driver Trainers.
• Maintain program compliance with regulations.
