Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking a CDL Program Director to lead the CDL Program, develop curriculum, and train the Account management group. You will hire and mentor Driver Trainers, convene faculty meetings, and monitor student progress while advising students and engaging with prospective enrollees.

You will analyze student data, identify barriers to success and contribute to program improvement and accreditation readiness.

Qualifications

• CDL License is required to qualify as a CDL Driver/ Driver Trainer.
• Experience in academic instruction in a post-secondary environment is preferred.
• Ability to develop and use collaborative relationships for achieving objectives.
• Knowledge of federal/state regulations related to the program area.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the CDL Program and participate in curriculum development.
• Hire, orient, develop and evaluate Driver Trainers within the program.
• convene regular faculty meetings and monitor student populations.
• Advise students during provisional periods and assist with career questions.
• Analyze student data to identify at-risk students and provide support.
