Job summary

Ancora Education seeks a CDL Regional Program Director to lead the administration of a best-in-class CDL program compliant with FMCSA and state rules. You will develop and train directors and instructors, drive fleet management and scheduling, and ensure profitable, safe programs across locations.

You will work with leadership to set training standards and roll them out across purview locations, problem-solving as needed and aligning with revenue and student goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing CDL programs and compliance with FMCSA/state regulations.
• Ability to train and develop CDL program directors and instructors.
• Track record of improving fleet efficiency and safety initiatives.
• Experience overseeing multi-site CDL operations and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and administer CDL program director and instructor training.
• Provide subject matter expertise on compliant CDL program operations.
• Direct CDL program directors on compliance and best practices.
• Scale training efforts with corporate CDL staff and leadership.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of CDL staff.
• Review reports and tailor CDL team discussions to improve results.
