Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; industry instruction certification preferred.
• Minimum years of instruction and management experience as listed in the job spec.
• Ability to qualify as a CDL Driver/Trainer and lead faculty development.

Responsibilities

• Lead program leadership and curriculum oversight for the CDL program.
• Hire, orient, develop, evaluate, and recognize Driver Trainers.
• Monitor student progress and provide advising and retention support.
• Collaborate with Home Office on curriculum revisions and assessments.
• Plan faculty meetings, budget, and strategic program improvements.
