Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Clinical Documentation Manager to serve as a CDI expert within the Risk Adjustment team. You will drive documentation integrity across the enterprise and support audits, education, and provider workflow improvements.

You will design guidance, templates, and webinars, collaborate with field teams, and leverage AI-enabled workflows to scale impact. This is a remote, full-time role supporting our provider network nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outpatient CDI or 5+ years MA coding/auditing
• Subject matter expertise in CMS-HCC and ICD-10-CM guidelines
• Active credential through AAPC/AHIMA/ACDIS

Responsibilities

• Lead CDI and coding thought partnership with Risk Adjustment leadership
• Own provider documentation education assets and templates
• Enable field teams and provider relationships to improve risk scores
• Support audit responses and chart evaluations
• Integrate AI solutions to scale CDI impact
• Develop clinical logic and risk adjustment insights in collaboration with leaders
