Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Clinical Documentation Manager to lead CDI thought partnership across the Risk Adjustment team. You will shape enterprise documentation guidance, support coding accuracy, and educate providers through standardized assets and webinars.

You will collaborate with Practice Consultants, support audit responses, and scale CDI initiatives using data and emerging AI-enabled workflows. This is an individual contributor role focused on impact and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outpatient CDI or 5+ years in Medicare Advantage coding/auditing.
• Deep CMS-HCC, ICD-10-CM guidelines, and AHIMA guidance knowledge.
• Current, active credential through AAPC, AHIMA, or ACDIS.
• Experience with medical record chart reviews and audit rebuttals.
• Commitment to compliant, ethical coding standards.
• Ability to analyze data and prioritize competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDI & Coding Thought Partnership: Serve as the CDI subject matter expert and strategic partner to Risk Adjustment leadership and cross-functional teams, contributing to the Coding Steering Workgroup and ensuring enterprise alignment with ICD-10-CM guidelines, AHA Coding Clinic, CMS guidance, and AHIMA guidance.
