Job summary

Solventum is seeking a CDI professional with extensive inpatient coding experience to validate and apply software modules for coding and training. You will collaborate with the coding and clinical team, including external clients, to create content and support CDI programs across facilities.

The role requires traveling up to 50% domestically and internationally, with strong proficiency in EMR systems and MS Office. A Bachelor’s degree or higher and relevant CDI credentials are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher and seven or more years of coding/CDI experience.
High school diploma with extensive clinical or coding experience may substitute under some policies.
RHIT/RHIA/CCDS or AHIMA/CDIP with CDI inpatient experience preferred.
Relocation and travel willingness may be required.

Responsibilities

Validate and apply software modules related to coding and training.
Collaborate with coding, clinical team, and clients; assist in content creation.
Present clinical and coding concepts to hospitals/organizations and support CDI programs.
