Qualifications

• Master’s degree as NP or PA with current U.S. license.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical practice.
• CDI/risk adjustment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinically focused documentation audit and education function.
• Evaluates medical record evidence for reported diagnoses.
• Conducts risk-based audits of high-risk diagnoses and HCCs.
• Delivers peer-level education and feedback to providers.
