Carvana is seeking a Safe & Secure Technology Associate Administrator to support CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring for our SSORT remote team. This client-facing role focuses on delivering responsive tech support and escalating complex issues as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in security technology support, strong Windows/AD/DHCP skills, and the ability to troubleshoot via remote tools. We offer full-time hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in technical/physical security tech support.
• Proficient in Windows Server, AD, DHCP and network services.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate with remote users via phone/email.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external users.
• Troubleshoot CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm monitoring issues.
• Log issues in Jira with detailed information.
• Configure CCTV, Access Control, and alarm systems for new sites.
• Collaborate with field teams and partners to improve processes.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed.
