BairesDev, a global tech leader with 15+ years in delivering cutting‑edge solutions, is seeking an experienced CCaaS Engineer. This 100% remote role focuses on cloud-based contact center systems, telephony protocols, and EMS integration for a scalable digital customer journey.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Telephony/Contact Center, strong CCaaS platform knowledge (Genesys/NICE/Five9/Twilio), and English proficiency. Work from anywhere with flexible hours and a competitive USD salary.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Telephony, Voice Engineering, or Contact Center solutions.
Proven expertise in CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Five9, or Twilio.
Advanced proficiency in telephony protocols and technologies (SIP, VoIP, WebRTC).
Hands-on experience with SBC configuration and IVR/call routing design.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

Architect and deploy cloud-based CCaaS solutions.
Configure and manage telephony protocols for reliable voice connectivity.
Design complex call routing and IVR workflows to optimize customer journeys.
Manage Session Border Controllers (SBC) to secure voice traffic.
Monitor and tune performance to ensure CCaaS ecosystem health and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate telephony with business tools.
