BairesDev is seeking a Telephony Engineer to design and maintain enterprise-grade telephony infrastructure, focusing on robust voice and real-time communications. You will optimize network paths and system configurations to ensure high-quality services for global clients.

The role requires 5+ years in infrastructure or telephony, hands-on experience with SBCs, IVR, and CCaaS platforms like Genesys, NICE, Five9 or Twilio, plus strong English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure, telephony, or systems engineering.
• Experience designing telephony infrastructure with SIP/VoIP/WebRTC.
• Hands-on with CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Five9 or Twilio.
• SBC, call routing, and IVR design for enterprise systems.
• Advanced English required for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage production-grade telephony infrastructure.
• Implement and configure CCaaS platforms to meet business needs.
• Develop and optimize IVR designs and call routing strategies.
• Manage SBCs to ensure secure, efficient voice traffic flow.
• Troubleshoot high-level issues in telephony and contact centers.
