BairesDev is seeking a Telephony Engineer to design and maintain enterprise-grade telephony systems, focusing on robust infrastructure and contact center platforms. You will ensure high‑quality voice and real-time services by optimizing network paths and configurations, collaborating with global teams across time zones.

This role requires 5+ years in infrastructure or telephony, hands-on with SIP/VoIP/WebRTC, SBC, IVR design, and CCaaS platforms such as Genesys or Twilio.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, telephony, or systems engineering.
• Proven expertise with SIP, VoIP, and WebRTC protocols.
• Hands-on experience with SBC, call routing, and IVR design for enterprise-grade systems.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and manage production-grade telephony infrastructure.
• Implement and configure CCaaS platforms to meet business needs.
• Develop and optimize complex IVR designs and call routing strategies to enhance user experience.
• Manage Session Border Controllers (SBC) to ensure secure and efficient voice traffic flow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues within telephony and contact center environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate telephony solutions with existing internal workflows.

As a Telephony Engineer, you will design and maintain enterprise-grade communication systems, focusing on robust telephony infrastructure and contact center platforms. You will ensure high-quality voice and real-time communication services by optimizing network paths and system configurations.

What You'll Do
