Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within mobile catering, food truck, or quick-service restaurant industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and fleet operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and regulatory compliance.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.

About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding mobile catering business operating across the Free State , is seeking an ambitious and experienced Mobile Catering Operations Manager. This is a hands-on role based in Welkom , responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day management of our client's fleet of mobile catering units. You will ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and the delivery of exceptional food and service to a diverse customer base. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in logistics, food service management, and team leadership, with a passion for innovation in the mobile food industry. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all mobile catering units, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
