Job summary

UNFI is seeking an energetic sales enablement professional to drive Bakery/Deli growth. You will educate customers, implement marketing programs, and work with the Director of Bakery/Deli to expand product offerings.

In this remote role, you will partner with Sales Managers, Account Managers, and vendors across a defined territory to promote items, develop plans, and deliver compelling proposals while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable experience required.
• Retail/Wholesale experience a plus.
• 5-7 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Increase Bakery/Deli sales through education and implementation of marketing programs.
• Collaborate with Sales and customers on category products.
• Create sale sheets and maintain data libraries for category data.
• Coordinate customer training with vendors and sales teams.
• Prepare proposals including pricing and department schematics.
• Travel within assigned territory to call on customers and present promotions.
• Attend sales meetings and trade shows to educate and learn.
