Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years’ minimum retail and/or vendor experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with assigned retailers and department managers.
• Address customer issues with urgency and professionalism to satisfy both parties.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Inside Sales to achieve mutually set sales goals.
• Respond to retailer needs and feedback; liaise with management on issues.
• Represent UNFI by maintaining positive business relationships with retailers and regional staff.
• Support seasonal merchandising, promotions, and item orders to assist retailers.
• Provide competitive insights and solutions to improve retailer performance.
