Job summary

Reiser & Company, a leading provider of bakery equipment, seeks a Bakery Sales Specialist for the Central USA region. This remote role requires frequent overnight travel to bakery plants and customer sites to support installation, development, and sales opportunities.

You will work with customers to optimize dough formulations and baking processes, collaborating with technicians and our sales team to close deals and grow key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Bakery Science, Pastry Arts or baking certification.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities in plants and HQ.
• Sales-oriented self-starter with full sales-process understanding.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% overnight to Central USA.

Responsibilities

• Travel 60-80% weekly to bakery plants and HQs in the Central USA.
• Collaborate with customers on product development for bakery applications.
• Coordinate with Bakery Technicians to install machinery and gather feedback.
• Travel with sales staff and assist in client meetings to close sales.
• Support National Accounts per Director guidance.
