Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a seasoned Casualty/Liability Field Adjuster to investigate and evaluate claims in the field across the United States. This remote, full-time role requires handling investigations, gathering statements, and preparing clear reports for the claims process.

The ideal candidate holds an active TX or FL license (multi-state a plus) and 3+ years of casualty/liability experience, with strong investigative and communication skills. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or liability claims adjusting/investigative experience.
• Active TX or FL adjuster license (multi-state a plus).
• Experience handling complex liability investigations and taking recorded statements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations of casualty and liability claims (auto, general, premises).
• Interview insureds, claimants, witnesses to gather statements.
• Inspect loss locations, document evidence with photos.
• Obtain police reports, medical docs, estimates and records.
• Analyze facts to determine liability and damages; prepare reports.
