Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Casualty/Liability Field Adjuster for a remote role in the United States. The position involves investigating and evaluating casualty and liability claims in the field, with opportunities to travel within the assigned territory.

A TX or FL license is highly preferred, with 3+ years of experience and independent adjusting background. Compensation ranges from $48,000 to $80,000 per year, with a 42% commission structure for this 100% commission role.

Qualifications

• Active TX or FL adjuster license required.
• 3+ years of casualty or liability claims adjusting/investigative experience.
• Experience with independent adjusting, TPA, or insurance carrier work.
• Experience handling complex liability investigations and taking recorded statements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations of casualty and liability claims including auto, general, premises, and property losses.
• Interview insureds, claimants, witnesses, and others to obtain statements.
• Inspect and document accident locations with photos and evidence.
• Obtain police reports, medical docs, estimates, and records for investigations.
• Analyze facts to determine liability and evaluate damages.
• Prepare detailed, timely investigative reports.
• Maintain organized claim files and notes.
