You will own adjuster duties for injury exposure up to $50,000, handling simple to moderate auto liability claims with both represented and unrepresented claimants while supporting small claims processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of claims experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced claims environment.

• Willingness to travel on rare occasions.

Responsabilités

• Handle mostly simple to moderate auto liability cases with injury exposure under $50,000.
• Communicate with claimants via written, phone and email.
• Investigate, negotiate and settle claims within authority.
• May handle 1st party Medical Payment and PIP when needed.
• Triage and manage claim assignments in the system.
• Represent insureds at settlements or arbitrations on rare occasions.
• Assist in catastrophe-related activities when required.
