Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group in the United States is seeking a Casualty Evaluator to join a remote-first team. You will own and adjust injury exposure cases, work across represented and unrepresented claimants, and handle low to moderate auto liability matters.

This role supports Homeowner liability and may participate in catastrophes, with opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative, inclusive culture and a strong emphasis on customer service and analytical thinking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ directly relevant work experience.
• 2 years of related professional experience and 2 years of claims experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned auto liability claims with exposure under $50,000.
• Investigate, negotiate, and settle claims; manage communications in writing, by phone and email.
• Triage, coverage determinations and subrogation when applicable.
• Support catastrophe-related activities and may represent insureds at conferences or hearings.
