Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of claims experience and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good English communication and basic math/computer skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage injury exposure claims as owning adjuster for auto and homeowner cases.
• Handle simple to moderate 1st and 3rd party claims with sub-$50,000 exposure.
• Investigate, negotiate, and settle claims with appropriate authority.
• Communicate in writing, phone, and email; use claim systems and queues.
• Support catastrophe and small claims activities as needed.
• Present cases for settlement and advise on coverage issues.
