RYZE is seeking a Casting Strategist to own talent sourcing for paid ads, organic social, and TikTok Shop teams. You will build a proactive talent ecosystem and source 15–20 candidates weekly across Instagram, TikTok, Backstage, Casting Networks, Billo and Collabstr.

At least 30% of sourced talent should be non-traditional profiles. This is a remote, contract role for 20 hours per week with clear deliverables.

Competenze

• Experience in talent sourcing, casting, or influencer recruitment.
• Ability to source across multiple platforms and platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Backstage, Casting Networks, Billo, Collabstr.
• Experience managing a talent roster and negotiations with agents.

• Talent Sourcing — Source 15–20 new talent candidates per week across multiple platforms.
• Talent Pipeline & Testing — Ensure a minimum of 40 talent complete testing per month and manage communications with talent.
