Job summary

RYZE is seeking a skilled TikTok Content Strategist to drive organic and affiliate content across multiple accounts. You will write hooks, scripts, and briefs, then coordinate shoots and edits to maintain platform-native energy and speed.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of TikTok content experience, a proven viral track record, and strong ability to translate performance data into creative direction. This fully remote role supports a global team.

Qualifications

2+ years writing or strategizing TikTok content with a portfolio.
Proven track record on viral or high-performing TikTok content.
Strong scriptwriting ability for native TikTok hooks and CTAs.
Understanding of TikTok Shop content mechanics and conversions.
Ability to brief or direct creators, editors, or production teams.

Responsibilities

Identify winning TikTok trends and build a repeatable playbook for RYZE.
Write scripts and briefs for branded and non-branded content and affiliate hooks.
Coordinate multi-account content production and publishing cadence.
Analyze performance data and feed learnings into the concept pipeline.
Collaborate with TikTok Shop team to align content with promotions and GMV targets.
