Job summary

RYZE is hiring a Video Editor / Storyboard Writer to shape high-performing paid social ads. This is a worldwide, fully remote role focusing on storyboard creation with editing as needed.

You’ll define visual flow, hooks, and on-screen text, guiding editors and AI tools to execute concepts. You should have proven experience crafting storyboards for paid social or direct-response campaigns, a strong grasp of performance marketing, and solid Premiere Pro/After Effects skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating storyboards for paid social or direct-response ads.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, hooks, hold rate and retention.
• Solid video editing skills using Premiere Pro; After Effects a plus.
• Strong written English; concise, conversion-focused storyboard copy.
• Ability to work fast and iterate across multiple concepts.

Responsibilities

• Storyboard creation for paid social ads with visual flow and on-screen text.
• Provide clear guidance to editors on stock footage, AI generation, and motion graphics.
• Develop hooks, angles, and ad structures across Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Edit ads when needed to execute or refine storyboard concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing, editors and copywriters to improve results.
