Ryze Superfoods LLC is seeking a Casting Strategist to own talent sourcing and casting for our paid ads, organic social, and TikTok Shop teams. You will build a talent ecosystem, focusing on credible candidates who perform in under three seconds and aligning with specific audience needs.

The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, proactive testing, and end-to-end talent management across multiple platforms, with a fully remote, part-time setup (20 hours weekly) and outcome-driven deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing, casting, or influencer recruitment in direct response/marketing environments.
• Ability to source across multiple platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Backstage, Casting Networks, Billo, Collabstr, etc.
• Understanding what makes talent perform in paid social ads: credibility, relatability, audience fit in under three seconds.

Responsibilities

• Source 15–20 new talent candidates per week across multiple platforms; ensure 30% are UGC creators or non-traditional profiles.
• Fulfill talent requests from paid ads, organic socials, and TikTok Shop; maintain a proactive pipeline.
• Maintain a clean roster, categorize talent by type and demographic; brief and set up for shoots.
