Job summary

Mesquite Gaming is seeking a Casino CRM & Database Marketing Manager to lead data-driven guest outreach for CasaBlanca Resort and Virgin River Casino. You will own campaigns end-to-end, manage vendors, and collaborate with finance and operations to optimize reinvestment and forecast impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in database marketing or CRM, owning campaigns or offer programs end to end (casino strongly preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing vendors and working across marketing, finance and operations teams.
• Expert SQL and Excel; Power BI or Tableau; comfortable with large player-level datasets.
• A track record of measuring campaign and offer results and acting on them.
• Designing holdout / control-group tests and building a testing roadmap.
• Executive communication: clear recommendations, backed by numbers.

Responsibilities

• The database marketing calendar and campaign execution across direct mail, email, SMS and host programs for CasaBlanca and Virgin River.
• The segmentation and offer framework with the Director of Database Marketing; reinvestment budgets and forecasts.
• The test-and-learn program: run major offer changes, read results, and scale or stop based on lift.
• Guest lifecycle programs: onboarding, retention, and reactivation of guests.
• Promotional pro formas and post-analyses, and the marketing analytics stack (warehouse tables, dashboards, automation).
• Support for Player Development in partnership with the PD team: host coding, PD list production and analysis of host-managed guests.
• Day-to-day management of the direct mail vendor and data partners, plus data quality, suppression and contact-frequency rules.
• Weekly reporting to marketing leadership and the executive team: KPIs by segment, ROI by program, and recommendations.
