Responsibilities

• Assist with development, production and targeting for mass and direct marketing efforts.
• Develop and operate data proofing and validation processes.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support marketing initiatives with data-driven strategies to boost performance.
• Evaluate performance of mass hotel and direct marketing efforts and recommend improvements.
• Maintain the integrity of the customer database for accurate segmentation and targeting.
