Job summary

Digitech is seeking a Cash Posting Representative to strengthen our revenue cycle. You will accurately post, allocate, and reconcile payments from Medicare, Medicaid, commercial carriers, and patients, ensuring accounts are balanced and up to date.

The role is 100% remote in the United States, reporting to the Cash Posting Manager. Ideal candidates maintain precision in a fast-paced environment and work well with cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience processing payments, reconciling accounts, or in cash posting is preferred.
• Strong multitasking ability in a high‑volume environment.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Professional demeanor and accuracy under pressure in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and reconcile payments from EFTs, checks, and cards.
• Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts per payer rules and procedures.
• Balance assigned client accounts daily and verify batch totals.
• Reconcile transactions with bank statements and internal records.
• Research and resolve posting variances and missing details.
• Document posting activities and variances per department standards.
• Collaborate with Billing, Payment Posting, and Client Support to resolve issues.
• Support special projects such as bulk reconciliations or client onboarding.
