LifeStance Health Inc. seeks a Remote Medical Cash Posting Coordinator to support cash posting for services across its clinical practices. The role emphasizes accurate posting, bank reconciliation, and EDI data handling within a national virtual team.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in medical billing/RCM, strong Excel basics, and knowledge of HCFA/UB-04 and EOBs. Primary hours are PST, with potential for bonus based on performance.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of medical billing/RCM experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic Excel.
• Knowledge of HCFA/UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT/ICD-10.
• Understanding of revenue cycle management and payor rules.

Mansioni

• Post payments electronically (ERA/EFT) and manually (paper/lockbox).
• Reconcile daily payments with bank records.
• Review remittance advice and 835 files; analyze reason codes.
• Pull remittance advices from payer portals; download 835 files.
• Communicate EDI needs and posting trends with leadership.
• Follow policies to safeguard collections; support posting projects.
