Job summary

NWN is seeking a Cash Application Specialist to join our Boston-based team. The role focuses on accurate and timely posting of customer payments, remittance reconciliation, and analysis across multiple entities, supporting Accounts Receivable and cross-functional Finance processes.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in cash applications, strong Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite/Salesforce. Remote work within the United States is supported; travel may be required for meetings.

Qualifications

• Requires 1-3 years of cash applications experience.
• Experience posting payments and reconciling accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP/billing systems.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately apply customer payments and denials via posting methods.
• Reconcile transactions across multiple subsidiaries and entities.
