FreedomCare LLC is seeking a Case Resolution Specialist I for our Pennsylvania team. This remote role with occasional travel supports patients and caregivers, guiding them through enrollment and ongoing care restoration in collaboration with health plans.

You will manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls, document case notes precisely, and work toward daily/monthly metrics while ensuring compassionate, customer-focused service.

Formación

• Experience managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong customer service skills with empathy and patience.
• Ability to document statuses and updates in Salesforce with detailed notes.
• Comfort with using technology to resolve customer issues and multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level customer service with one-call resolution.
• Meet monthly metrics for starting patients on Care and call handling.
• Serve as primary contact for patients and caregivers restoring services.
• Maintain timely email, chat, and voicemail responses (1 business day).
• Enroll a minimum of 22 patients and caregivers monthly in PA homecare program.
