Job summary

IMS Legal Strategies in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented Case Manager to oversee a large portfolio of cases. You will be the primary point of contact for attorney clients and medical experts, coordinating schedules, deadlines, and case materials.

The ideal candidate is motivated, analytical, and collaborative, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks across long-duration disputes. Experience in legal operations and HIPAA familiarity is a plus.

• Knowledge of the discovery process and its relationship to State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

Responsibilities

• Follow and demonstrate IMS Core Values.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and insurance professionals to assist with the delivery of initial case materials and additional records throughout the case.
• Manage the ongoing medical expert commitments throughout the legal progression of cases.
• Educate the expert as to roles and responsibilities in an engagement with IMS.
• Coordinate with the client and expert to schedule medical exams, depositions, and trial appearances as well as meet all deadlines.
• Serve as the liaison for over 300 active cases, responding to questions, requests, needs, and updates.
• Work together with the sales team to act as a point of contact for new and current clients.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all expert inquiries and dispute coordination and resolution.
• Continuously work to improve all aspects of an expert’s engagement.
• Perform other duties as assigned
