Responsibilities

• Manage client cases from intake through resolution.
• Coordinate medical treatment with healthcare providers.
• Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and related documentation.
• Track and manage Letters of Protection (LOPs) and Letters of Representation (LORs).
• Provide regular client updates and maintain accurate case documentation.
