Job summary

IMS Legal Strategies is seeking a Senior Trial Consultant to partner with clients and internal teams to conceive, develop, and deliver persuasive visual presentations that clarify complex case themes and evidence.

You will lead projects from ideation to final delivery, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with designers, animators, medical illustrators, and other consultants to position each case for its strongest possible outcome.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing multiple complex, deadline-driven projects.
• 3+ years of experience as a Legal Presentation/Graphics Consultant, Trial Consultant, Litigation Consultant, or in a related field.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead small- to medium-sized litigation matters and designated workstreams on large-scale cases from planning through completion, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Develop effective systems for tracking case progress, deadlines, budgets, and workflow across teams.
• Collaborate with clients and case teams to distill complex issues, evidence, and case themes into compelling visual strategies.
