Job summary

Converge Insurance is seeking a Customer Success / Carrier Relationship Manager to own strategic carrier-partner relationships, ensure onboarding, and drive platform adoption. You will coordinate onboarding across underwriting, actuarial, distribution, and operations, lead training on the Converge platform, and develop enablement materials.

This remote, globally oriented role requires 5+ years in insurance, strong communication, stakeholder management, and a track record of customer-facing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance, preferably cyber or commercial P&C.
• Remote role with global carrier relationships.
• Experience in customer success, program management, or carrier relationship management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own carrier-partner relationships for onboarding, engagement, platform adoption, and execution.
• Coordinate onboarding of carrier teams across underwriting, actuarial, and distribution.
• Lead training on Converge platform capabilities and workflows.
• Create and maintain enablement materials and carrier resources.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering on platform improvements.
• Support data needs, reporting, and analytics for carrier performance.
• Assist readiness for new product launches and international expansion.
