Confidential is seeking a Carrier Sales Rep for a 100% remote role focused on Sysco freight. You will build and manage your carrier book, negotiate rates, and move high-volume shipments from a home office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a carrier network and book of business.
• Source equipment based on customer volume and lane requirements.
• Manage daily shipments from booking through delivery.
• Work with internal sales and operations teams on pricing and capacity.
• Identify and resolve transportation problems quickly.
• Maintain knowledge of lanes, geography, and seasonality.
• Handle same-day and time-sensitive freight.
• Take ownership of critical loads and customers.
• Qualify carriers to minimize service failures.
• Communicate load details to drivers and internal teams.
